How much can I borrow ?
This will depend on your available income and the amount of collateral available within your property. Subject to these factors we can arrange any secured loan from £3,000 to a maximum loan of £250,000 or unsecured loan from £1,000 to £25,000.

Over what term can I spread my monthly secured or unsecurd loan payments ?
This is entirely up to you, the online loan calculator will help you decide. Generally loans are available over one to twenty five years. Unsecured loans are over 1 to 8 years maximum.

Can you offer a secured or unsecured loan scheme where my repayments can be made for me if I am unable to work ?
Yes, we can offer accident, sickness and unemployment package for complete peace of mind to compliment your secured or unsecured loan.

Is my secured or unsecured loan application confidential ?
Absolutely. Your loan application will be treated in the strictest of confidence. We will not contact your employer, bank or any other third party without your prior consent.

Are there any restrictions on how I can spend the secured or unsecured loan monies ?

Once you've agreed the secured or unsecured loan, when do I receive the money ?
When we have your signed documents, if everything is OK you will receive the money in 5-10 working days. This may vary depending on the loan type you apply for.

How long does it take to set up the secured or unsecured loan ?
An online loan application will take you about 2 minutes to complete. By telephone it will take about 10 minutes to find and apply for a low cost secured or unsecured loan.

What is a credit reference search ?
A 'Credit Reference Search' is carried out by the Lender to assess your credit worthiness by looking at a central register of credit information. It may sound sinister but is actually a boring normal procedure performed by nearly all Lenders.

Who can apply for a secured or unsecured loan ?
Anyone who is over the age of 18, have a regular income and owns a property in England, Scotland or Wales.

What happens to my secured loan if I decide to move house ?
Simply pay the outstanding balance on your loan from the proceeds from the sale of your property or we may be able to transfer the loan to your new property.
